Painted One Way Anti Theft Security Screws

Our Painted 19mm x 4.2mm Anti Theft Security Screws (8 x 3/4") are the ideal fixing for securing both indoor and outdoor elements whilst eliminating the risk of theft. The unique design means these clutch head screws can be installed using a standard slotted screwdriver, but the head prevents them from being undone. This leaves you with a secure, tamper proof installation.

This type of Security Self Tapping Screw features a round (domed) head fitted with a Clutch tamper proof drive. The specialised ridge design of this high security fastener can only be operated in a clockwise direction, making it an ideal choice for applications which require a one way permanent fixing. As a result, Clutch Head Screws are commonly used by the police as anti-theft number plate screws, helping to prevent removal and misuse of the license plates.

Installation of these one way security screws is simple, only requiring a Slotted (Flat Head) Screwdriver.
