Delivery & Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United Kingdom. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. The estimated delivery time is an estimation only. We quote 7 - 10 working days for orders of stocked screws in stocked colours. If your order requires us to source non-stocked screws or powders your order may take longer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Amending an order
Sometimes you need to amend an order after placing it. We pride ourselves on quick delivery of your order, so we're quick to produce your screws and fixings within 1 - 5 working days before despatching them on a courier service. This means that we need to be notified of any amendments to orders within 1 - 5 working days. After this cut off time, we can no longer make changes to orders as they have likely left our facility and will already be on the way to you via a courier service. In instances where you need to add more items to your order, it may be possible to add it to your order if we are notified within this 1 - 5 day time frame. After that, any further items need to be treated as a new order (and a new delivery charge will apply).
Returning items to RALfixings
Every screw, fixing and fastener sold is carefully inspected before it is dispatched from our production facility. However, if you are not satisfied with the goods you've received, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All products that are returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. The goods that are being returned must reach us within 30 days and in a saleable condition.
If you wish to return items, you must cover the cost of shipping the goods back to RALfixings. RALfixings cannot be not held responsible for any damages or losses that may occur during the return process. To prevent damages from occurring, we recommend that all items are sent recorded delivery and items of high value are insured.
Please note, no exchange or refund will be offered until the goods have been returned to RALfixings for inspection.

Refunds
Please note that all RALfixings products are custom made bespoke items based on the details you give us at the time of order. This means they are not eligible for refunds under long distance selling laws unless we have supplied you with incorrect or faulty items. We will exchange items that are faulty or items that have been supplied incorrectly if we are notified within 30 days. This is subject to our Terms and Conditions.
We cannot refund any delivery charges on orders.
Once screws have been fixed, no returns or refunds are available. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Refunds for goods that are faulty where an exchange does not apply will be made within 5 days of the goods being returned to RALfixings.
The refunded amount will only be placed back onto the credit or debit card that was used to purchase the goods. Refunds cannot be made to a different card or by any other means.
If the faulty goods are not returned to RALfixings, there will be no refund.
