Coloured low profile screws from RALfixings - powder coated wafer head and pancake head fixings for applications where a minimal, flush fixing matters as much as holding strength.

Low profile screws are the standard choice wherever the screw head is visible and needs to blend with the surface rather than stand proud of it. The flat underside clamps evenly against thin sheet materials without distortion, making these the go-to fixing across signage installation, ACM hoarding panels, sheet metal stitching, cladding, drywall track, and ducting work. Colour matching the head to the panel or substrate means the fixing effectively disappears.

This range covers two head profiles: wafer head screws with a slim, wide-diameter head ideal for timber, drywall, and thin sheet metal; and pancake head screws with a larger, flatter head for superior clamping on metal-to-metal applications including roofing and cladding panels. Both are available self-tapping and self-drilling, in BZP steel, across a range of sizes from 13mm to 32mm.
