Coloured pancake head screws from RALfixings - self-drilling tek screws with an ultra-low profile head, powder coated to any RAL colour for metal-to-metal fixing where the screw head needs to sit as flat as possible against the surface.

The pancake head has a larger diameter and flatter profile than a standard wafer head, giving superior load distribution across thin sheet materials without pulling through. The wide bearing face makes these the preferred choice for fixing panel clips, profiled roofing sheets and cladding panels - anywhere high clamping force on thin metal matters more than a flush countersunk finish.

Available in carbon steel with a Silver Ruspert base coating providing 500 hours of salt spray corrosion resistance, finished with a powder coat in any of our 40+ stocked RAL colours.
