Lead times & delivery

Every screw is powder coated to order in your RAL colour. Here is how long that takes, so you can plan your job with confidence.

  1–2

  working days

  Items we hold ready to go. Stock levels are shown on every product page, so you can see what is stocked before you order.

• Not in stock

  3–5

  working days

  Made to order in our own production unit. We always try to turn these round faster, but it depends on the workload going through production that week.

• Special orders

  7–10

  working days

  Off-menu items, or RAL colours we do not hold powder for. We rely on outside suppliers here, but these often land within the 3–5 day window too.

Which timing applies to me?

• Stock level shows on the product pageIf it shows as in stock, expect despatch in 1–2 working days. If it is not, we make it for you in 3–5.
• A RAL colour from our stocked powder listTreated as standard: 1–2 working days if the screw is in stock, 3–5 if not. Check the colour guide to see which colours we hold.
• A RAL colour we do not stockWe source the powder externally, so we usually quote 7–10 working days. Often it is quicker, so ask us when you order.
• Something not on the websiteOff-menu sizes and special requests usually take 7–10 working days, depending on our suppliers.

Delivery

All orders go out by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you can follow your parcel from our door to yours.
