Some products are available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Products may be customised through powder coating based on your order details. Powder Coating: Powder coating is a decorative surface finish applied to the exterior of fixings and fasteners. It does not alter, enhance, or guarantee the structural integrity, load-bearing capacity, tensile strength, or mechanical performance of the underlying product. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the base product specification is suitable for its intended application, including compliance with any relevant building regulations, structural requirements, or industry standards.
Product Suitability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that products purchased are appropriate for their intended use. RALfixings supplies products in good faith based on the information provided at the time of order. We accept no liability for products used in applications for which they are not rated or specified.
Colours: Colours shown on the website are illustrative and may not reflect actual finishes due to screen calibration differences. RAL colour matching is performed to industry standards; however, minor variation between batches is inherent to the powder coating process and does not constitute a defect. We recommend ordering a sample prior to placing large orders where colour consistency is critical.

- The structural or mechanical performance of any fixing or fastener, as powder coating is a decorative finish only and does not modify the underlying product specification
- Any reliance on colour matching where samples were not requested prior to a large order
Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with any order — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of that order as paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law.
14. Indemnification
