These 19mm x 4.2mm wafer head self drilling screws are designed for direct fastening into light gauge steel, sheet metal, and brackets — with no pre-drilling required. The extended 19mm length provides deeper engagement into substrates, ideal for layered material setups or where greater holding strength is needed.
The low-profile wafer head distributes pressure over a wide area, reducing the risk of pull-through in thin materials. Featuring a Phillips No. 2 drive and precision self-drilling (tek) tip, these screws deliver fast, reliable fixings in ducting, framing, and electrical applications.
