Wider Thread for Stronger Grip – Precision Flush Fixings for Trade Use
These 25mm x 4.8mm countersunk self-tapping screws are engineered for secure fixings where a wider thread is essential. The increased diameter (compared to 4.2mm variants) provides better grip in sheet metal, rigid plastics, and medium-density timber — ideal for more demanding installations.
The countersunk Pozi head sits cleanly into the surface, giving a flush, professional finish. The sharp self-tapping point and fully threaded shank allow for fast penetration and strong hold in thinner gauge metals and other rigid substrates without the need for pre-drilling.
Manufactured from hardened carbon steel with a Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) finish, these screws are suited to interior or sheltered exterior use. Each trade pack contains 200 screws.
Typical uses: sign tray fixing, plastic panelling, trunking, cable trays, mounting brackets, and general fabrication.
