These 45mm x 5.5mm hex head self drilling screws are the longest standard option in the TIMCO light section tek range — offering increased grip for thick or layered substrates. With a heavy-duty 5.5mm thread diameter and self-drilling tip, they’re perfect for secure fastening into structural metal without needing to pre-drill.
The integrated washer-faced hex head allows for high torque and tight clamping, while the BZP (Bright Zinc Plated) finish helps guard against corrosion in dry or semi-sheltered environments. Designed for repeatable use in metalworking, signage, construction, and trade fit-outs.
