These 50mm x 4.2mm countersunk self-tapping screws are designed for high-grip, flush-finish fixings where longer reach is required. Suitable for metal, timber, and rigid plastic, they’re perfect for layered builds or deeper frame installations where strength and neatness both matter.
The fully threaded shank ensures excellent hold, while the sharp self-tapping tip pierces material cleanly without pre-drilling in most light-gauge metals. The countersunk Pozi head allows the screw to sit flush with the surface, making it ideal for face-fixing panels, brackets, enclosure lids, and more.
Made from hardened carbon steel with a Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) finish, these screws are suitable for internal or sheltered external use. Each box includes 200 screws — a great option for trade and bulk installation jobs.
