The self-drilling tip combines a drill point and cutting thread in one, penetrating steel substrates up to 3mm without a pilot hole. That speed advantage makes them the standard fixing on large-area installations - ACM hoarding panels, profiled roofing sheets, cladding systems, and steel frame construction - where colour matching the screw head to the panel is as important as installation efficiency. This range covers the full spread of head types used across the trade. Wafer head self drilling screws offer a low-profile flat finish for signage and panel work. Hex head self drilling screws drive with a nut runner for fast installation on roofing and cladding, with EPDM washer variants available for weathertight external fixing. Pan head and countersunk variants complete the range for applications where those profiles are specified.
