Self tapping screws cut their own thread into a pre-drilled hole, making them the standard fixing wherever the substrate has been prepared and controlled penetration depth matters. The sharp AB point drives cleanly into thin sheet metal, plastic, and timber. Where no pre-drilling is needed at all, our Coloured Self Drilling Screws are the alternative.

This range covers the full spread of head types across the self tapping range. Wafer head self tapping screws offer a low-profile flat finish for hoarding and panel work. Flange head self tapping screws provide wider load distribution without a washer, regularly specified for ACM panels and signage frames. Countersunk and pan head variants are available in both BZP steel and A2 stainless steel for applications requiring a flush finish or long-term corrosion resistance.
