PanelPro™ HP19 is a low-profile wafer head self-tapping ACM panel fixing screw engineered specifically for the installation of printed hoarding panels, graphic boards and temporary façade systems used across construction and commercial environments. Substrate compatibility

• Light gauge steel framing (≤1.2mm recommended)
• Aluminium subframes (pre-drilling recommended)

• 3–6mm Aluminium Composite Material (ACM)

Installation guidance

• Use variable-speed driver with PH2 bit
• Avoid overdriving to prevent panel surface distortion
• Do not countersink
• Typical fixing centres: 300–450mm (subject to wind loading and panel size)
• Ensure framing is structurally adequate for panel loading
• Low-profile head minimises visible fixings

Corrosion & durability

PanelPro™ HP19 is manufactured from bright zinc plated (BZP) carbon steel and finished with a colour matched powder coated head. This dual-layer system provides enhanced corrosion resistance and improved long-term visual performance compared with uncoated zinc fixings.
