PanelPro™ HP25 is a low-profile wafer head self-tapping ACM panel fixing screw engineered specifically for the installation of printed hoarding panels, graphic boards and temporary façade systems used across construction and commercial environments. It shares the same head profile, thread form and compliance credentials as the shorter PanelPro™ HP19, with a longer 25mm shank for deeper frame embedment and thicker panel build-ups. The fine-thread sharp point provides controlled penetration and consistent clamping performance without crushing panels or distorting printed surfaces, helping installers achieve a clean, professional finish across site hoardings and graphic installations. PanelPro™ HP25 screws are available in over 40 colour matched RAL finishes for printed hoarding panels.

Choosing HP25 or HP19

HP25 and HP19 share identical head, thread and compliance credentials — the only difference is shank length. Choose based on your panel and frame build-up:

• HP19 (19mm) - standard choice for thin ACM and Foamex fixed directly to a solid timber or steel frame.
• HP25 (25mm) - where the extra 6mm of length is needed: thicker panels, battened or counter-battened frames, packed-out substrates, or applications wanting greater pull-out resistance and thread engagement.

Substrate compatibility

PanelPro™ HP25 can be used to secure panels to a range of common hoarding frame materials.

• Timber hoarding frames (softwood and hardwood)

• Light gauge steel framing (≤1.2mm recommended)
• Aluminium subframes (pre-drilling recommended)

Installation guidance

• Use variable-speed driver with PH2 bit
• Avoid overdriving to prevent panel surface distortion
• Do not countersink

• Ensure framing is structurally adequate for panel loading
• Low-profile head minimises visible fixings

Corrosion & durability

PanelPro™ HP25 is manufactured from bright zinc plated (BZP) carbon steel and finished with a colour matched powder coated head. This dual-layer system provides enhanced corrosion resistance and improved long-term visual performance compared with uncoated zinc fixings.
