The integrated flange spreads clamping load across a wider footprint than a standard head, holding ACM, aluminium composite, and foam PVC sign faces tight against subframes without crushing the panel or needing a separate washer. For signmakers and fabricators that means a faster, cleaner fix and a flush bearing surface that sits neatly against the panel face. The self-tapping thread forms its own mating thread in pre-drilled aluminium, steel sections, and composite substrates, making it the go-to fixing for built-up signage, tray signs, and panel-to-frame assembly. Pair with wafer head screws where a lower-profile finish is needed, or countersunk machine screws for flush threaded fixing.
