Pancake Head Self Drilling Screws (0)
Coloured pancake head self drilling screws for cladding and facade work - powder coated in any RAL colour, with an ultra-low flat head that fixes substructure and panels behind closed-joint and rainscreen systems.
The pancake head sits between pan and wafer style low-profile heads, designed to sit almost level with the surface so cladding panels and trims can close over it without fouling. The self-drilling point fixes directly into light steel and aluminium subframes without pre-drilling, making these the standard for fixing cladding substructure and carrier systems behind rainscreen facades, as well as panel fixing where head clearance is minimal. Colour matched for the occasions the head remains visible at panel junctions. Where higher drive torque into heavier steel is needed, use hex head tek bolts.
Available in BZP steel, powder coated in-house to any of our 40+ stocked RAL colours, with the full RAL Classic range available to order. Browse the full cladding & facade range.
