Coloured wafer head self drilling screws for signage and fabrication - powder coated in any RAL colour, combining a low-profile sign-face finish with a drill point that fixes straight into steel without pre-drilling.

For signage fixed to steel subframes and structures, the self-drilling tip removes the pilot-hole step entirely, penetrating sheet steel up to 3mm in a single action while the wide wafer head holds the panel flush. That makes them the efficient choice for signage mounted directly onto steel hoarding frames, structural posts, and fabricated steelwork, where speed on site matters and the colour-matched head keeps the finish clean. The broad head spreads load on ACM and composite faces without dishing the panel. For fixing into pre-drilled or softer substrates, the self tapping wafer head covers the same finish without the drill point.
