Coloured wafer head self tapping screws for signage and fabrication - powder coated in any RAL colour, with a broad, low-profile head that sits almost flush against the sign face for a clean, near-invisible fixing.

The wide, thin wafer head is the signmaker's default where the fixing must be seen but not noticed. Its large diameter spreads load across ACM, aluminium composite, and foam PVC sign faces while the low profile keeps the head sitting tight to the surface, colour matched so it reads as part of the panel rather than an interruption to it. The self-tapping thread forms its own thread in pre-drilled aluminium, steel, and composite substrates, making it ideal for flat-cut letters, tray sign faces, fascia panels, and post-mounted signage. Where a heavier clamp or wind-load bearing is needed, step up to flange head screws.
